WHO WE ARE AT ANGELES DE MEDELLÍN
Marcos moved from New York to Colombia in 2005 and launched the foundation soon thereafter. Along with his volunteers, Marcos has been working tirelessly to help the people of Medellín every day since.
History
Everyone is welcome—volunteer for a day or keep coming back! No commitment is required. We've had volunteers from 108 countries… looking for 109! A small initial donation (150 COP, ~$35 USD) covers your first day; after that, it's free.
Volunteering
We provide lunch for seniors, school supplies for children, and English and sewing classes for mothers learning a new trade. Special projects include clean water for villages near Medellín and toys and groceries for orphanages.
